Yes we are aware of this. I am very aware that fictives are real people and much more then fictional characters, and I would never try to treat them as any less then real life people. We do have a fictive tag for some distinction.
I’m sorry if you feel that they should not be put in with kin, however this is often the case in community as a whole fictives will go looking for their family and friends in kin spaces. I personally do not see the issue, they are very different of course, but they share some similarities when searching,Of course i’m just one person so I could be wrong. Regardless I have never had any intention of offending anyone here.
Other mods please weigh in maybe??

I’m sorry but still the problem here is that you assume fictives even have “family and friends” from a “canon” just like kin. Yes they may or may not have a connection to a source character but it’s not the same and this is supposed to be a canon blog to do with a spiritual or psychological identity and fictives are actually introjects made to process trauma and become a whole person and whatnot
In fact I recently made a post asking fictives to reblog if they find this kind of thing innapropriate and I think you may want to look at it.
