This is my newt, Oliver. He also goes by Newty or Squirmy. My friend calls him Joanna Newtsom lol. I’ve had this guy for 15 years! I’m not sure how I’ve kept him alive so long. He’s been with me through living at 8 different houses/apartments. He’s getting towards the end of his life I believe, so I try to be delicate with him and rarely ever handle him anymore since that stresses them out.

This newt is one of my favorite creatures that’s ever existed
