i feel like “limiting a constitutional right specifically for mentally ill people” is maybe establishing a bad precedent 

or “the right to search someone’s medical history to determine if they’re mentally ill can be part of a background check,” for that matter 

to be clear, i don’t know the legal status of these issues and can’t speak to them – i’m just uncomfortable and worried about the conversations that are being had
